What exactly are we looking for?

• A Machine Learning Engineer who enjoys turning models and data into practical, production-ready solutions

What are our expectations:

• 2 – 4 years of professional experience in ML engineering or applied data science
• Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with training and fine-tuning models, from classical ML to deep learning
• Comfort with data preparation, feature engineering, and evaluation methods
• Experience deploying ML models (APIs, pipelines, or cloud-based services)
• Good coding discipline: version control, testing, documentation, and code reviews
• Bonus: exposure to LLMs, embeddings, or agentic frameworks, or the motivation to learn quickly
